TASKS
  •  Manage and optimize software licenses, with a primary focus on Microsoft (plus Oracle, Adobe and SQL) 
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources with focus on best practices for optimization of license usage (e.g. license harvesting) 
  • Implement policies for the secure disposal of outdated or obsolete assets 
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory standards 
  • Maintain accurate asset records using tools such as Device42 
  • Conduct license audits and usage analysis to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings 
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams on licensing agreements and renewals 
  • Ensure audit and compliance readiness. 
  • Prepare and present reports on asset utilization, costs and compliance to senior stakeholders 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, software licensing or related functions acquired in an international environment/set up 
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft licensing models (experience with with Oracle and Adobe is a plus) 
  • Experience with IT asset management tools (Device 42 preferred) 
  • Solid understanding of IT asset management frameworks and compliance standards 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential; additional languages (German, French, or Italian) will be highly valued
  •  Familiarity with CITAM principles is a plus, though certification is not required
